Dealer Terms and Conditions

Dealers

We sell only to legitimate businesses in our industry serving the public. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to any account not meeting our requirements.

Minimum Order

All orders under $50.00AUD will receive a service charge of $5.00AUD.

Freight

All freight will be shipped same day if possible, on preferred carrier, unless otherwise specified by you. Freight not sent on our preferred carrier is to be arranged by the receiver. All freight costs and or lost parcels are the responsibility of the customer once the goods have left our warehouse. Damaged good are not the responsibility of Parts Pro or any of its authorised agents.

Returned Cheques and Refused Shipments

All returned cheques and refused shipments will result in a $50.00AUD processing charge. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice with the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly printed on the top of the invoice and also clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel.

Back Orders

All back orders will be automatically shipped when available unless you indicate NO BACK ORDERS. Back orders over THIRTY (30) days are reconfirmed before we ship.

Credit Returns

A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is required for all returns. Call 1800 673 793 to request a Return Authorisation Number from Parts Pro Pty Ltd. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found defective or not as ordered. Returns for any other reason will be charged a restocking fee. All sales are final on discontinued and closeout items. All returns are subject to inspection for determination or credit. Mark Return Authorisation Number (RAN) prominently on outside of package and send freight prepaid to your distributor.

Damaged Shipments

Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the material. KEEP the shipping carton. HOLD the goods. NOTIFY us by calling 1800 673 793 for instructions. Any DAMAGED goods or shortages MUST be reported within TEN (10) DAYS of date of invoice.

Cancellation Due to Error

You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve the right up until the time of delivery of goods to you. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charger for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.

Product Shortages or Over-Supplies

If a product is missing, or if an extra product is included (but not ordered) please contact Customer Service. All overages/shortages must be reported within TEN (10) days of receiving goods. Please have invoice number and number of packages received available.

Warranty Guarantee

We do not guarantee the items sold by us or warranty the merchantabilities and fitness of purpose. Manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees and most of them do not permit a wholesaler or distributor to make any adjustment, replace any part or accept for return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory item. Please follow the guarantee instructions when provided by the manufacturer. Any damages arising from the design or manufacturing of any item are the sole responsibility of the manufacturers.
